Both zeros are deliberate and they are not the same zero. GATEWAY_OUTAGE reads 0 because the cascade never emits that kind, so there was nothing there to find. HELD_BACK reads 0 for the opposite reason: reconcile.py:190 already works out which payment the settlement held back and names it to the paise, and then nothing flags it, so the page tells you that money arrived when it never came. ROUNDING_DRIFT reads 23 of 50 because only those sit on a settlement the matcher can price in full, and on the other 27 it says nothing rather than compare a group it cannot price. 14 planted problems were never named at all.
